International Goal Keeper Ejaz Khokar

International Goal Keeper Ejaz Khokar is one of the great talent produced by Karachi, he started hockey from famous Habib Public School where the master Coach Sir Waheed turned him to a hockey player from footballer.
He was a continuation of YMCA Hockey Club’s legacy of producing great goal keepers for Pakistan as Olympian Shahid Ali Khan, Olympian Mansoor Ahmed, Olympian Ahmed Alam and International Ejaz Khokar are from the same club.
He represented YMCA Hockey Club, Karachi, Sindh, HBL, Pakistan Junior and Pakistan Senior Hockey Teams in his career.

He was brilliant in the field, his performance in Junior Asia Cup Singapore 1996 was outstanding where Pak Team won the Gold Medal on Penalty Strokes against India, his initial coaches were Sir Waheed of Habib Public School and Sir Shabih Abbas of YMCA Hockey Club, later his career was very supported by Olympian Qamar Zia and International Abdul Ghafoor.
He was a part of Silver Medalist Pakistan Senior Hockey Team of Champions Trophy 1996 Chennai India.
Ejaz Lateef Khokar belongs to a well educated family, son of Professor Lateef Khokar.
He himself an Engineer from NED University and these days performing his duties abroad.
He supported Karachi Hockey Association in the struggling days with his coaching and sponsor for Goal Keeping kits.
